In the summer of 2010, I bid farewell to the campus and steped into society. I came to the radiology department of our hospital and became a radiology technician. Since then, my life continue to work hard for this cause and I feel very proud as a member of this warm family. Radiology technicians working in the front line with direct service to patients, our duty is using the most professional knowledge and skills to provide clear and standard image for radiologists and clinicians and striving to show the structure and lesion in the best way.

More than six years, our department have had a historic huge change under the correct leadership of president Wu Jianlin, director Yu Jing and deputy director Zhang Qing. We continue to introduce advanced equipment and high-end talent, pay attention to the construction of talent team and talent training. Keeping up with the pace of development of the hospital, we have already gradually developed into a great potential and a strong department. Our technical team, which is thriving and strong, not only from the advanced nature of the equipment but also the average education of technicians, is in front among the major hospitals in Dalian.

As a radiology technician, we also bear the responsibility to develop the department. We work in the front line and to be representative of the image of the hospital, also pass the hospital's culture and ideas. With the rapid development of the hospital, the number of patients is growing, the workload of our technicians also increasing significantly. Although we are usually overloaded, we do not have any complaints. Under the high strength of work, we still ensure good image quality and medical safety. We work hard for the development and revenue of our department. Besides completing our work, the technician group has always insisted on professional learning and carrying out new technologies. Scientific researchers also have started, these progress are inseparable from the careful guidance and support by the leadership of the Department. I believe that under the leadership of the department and the joint efforts of all colleagues, our department will certainly with a solid pace all the way forward!

2010年的夏天，我告别校园踏入社会，来到我们中山医院放射科，成为了一名放射科技师。从此，我的一生都将为这份事业而不断努力奋斗，我为自己身为这个温暖大家庭中的一员而感到无比的骄傲和自豪。放射科技师工作在一线，直接服务患者，我们的职责就是用最专业的知识与技能，为放射医生和临床医生提供清晰、标准的影像图像，力求以最佳的方式显示出所需的结构与病灶。

工作六年多以来，我们放射科在伍院长、于晶主任和张清副主任的正确领导下发生了历史性的巨大变化。我们不断引进先进设备与高端人才，注重梯队建设、人才培养，紧跟医院发展的脚步，大力创新，已逐步将科室发展成极具潜力与能力的学习型科室。而我们技术组无论从设备的先进性还是技术人员的平均学历上，都在大连各大医院中名列前茅，是一支正在茁壮成长的强大队伍。

作为一名放射科技师，我们身上同样肩负着科室发展的重任。我们在一线工作，直接代表着医院的形象，传递着医院的文化与理念。随着医院的快速发展，患者量与日俱增，我们技师的工作量也大幅增长。虽然每天都很辛苦，利用休息时间加班加点，但我们没有任何怨言，在高强度的工作下仍然能很好的保证图像质量与医疗安全，为科室的创收与发展付出自己辛勤的努力。在完成本职工作的同时，技师组还一直坚持业务学习，积极开展新技术，科研项目也已经起步，这些成长与进步都离不开科室领导的悉心教导与支持。我相信，在科室领导的带领下及全科同仁的共同努力下，我们放射科一定会迈着坚实的步伐，一路向前!
