July 23,2013 is the first day for me to come to this lovely department. After seeing the warm, friendly and approachable department leaders and colleagues, my uneasy mood disappeared. Looking back four years of working history, I feel very fortunate to join in this warm and harmonious Zhongshan radiology.

First entered in the unfamiliar surroundings of the work, the director and teachers in each group patiently explain the problems that would encounter in the work. Hands-on help not only makes me familiar with my work in a short time but also warms my heart and makes me feel less afraid. Daily routine morning consultation and every Wednesday professional lectures do help to extend my diagnostic thinking, improve the knowledge of the reserves. It is a good opportunity to gain self-improvement. These steps win the department flame. Faced up to high-intensity work and staff shortages, the department leaders and colleagues are consciously work overtime. They never complain. We unite together to ensure the medical quality and safety. In scientific research, I had the opportunity to join in the scientific research team with vice president Wu. Under the rigorous scientific management of Pro. Wu. I was provided with high-quality research platform and had the opportunity to go out learning. My research has been significantly improved. In addition to work and research, department leaders are also very concerned about our amateur life. Mountain climbing, beach barbecue and cherry strawberry picking have left a lot of laughter and good memories and enhance group cohesion.

Home is a sheltered harbor, whenever we meet work and life difficulties, the departments can always lend a helping hand. This kind of love let me have a deep sense of dependence and belonging. Under the leadership of science and love management, we are familiar with each other and get along well with each other. Going forward together with our united strength we are fighting a better future for the construction of the department and hospital. I love my department and I do hope that all colleagues work together and create brilliance under the leaders of Zhongshan radiology department in 2017!

2013年7月23日，这是我来这个可爱科室报道的第一天。在看到热情、友好及平易近人的科室领导和同事后，我忐忑不安的心情瞬间消失。回想起四年的工作历程，我感到十分幸运加入到这个温暖和谐有爱的中山放射科。

刚入科的自己在这个不熟悉的环境里，在工作中，主任及各组老师在繁忙的工作中挤出时间给我耐心地讲解工作中遇到的问题，手把手的帮助不仅让我在短时间内熟悉了工作，更温暖着我的心，让我感到不再那么害怕，感到的深切的依靠感；每天例行的早会诊及每周三的业务讲座不断地开拓我的诊断思路，完善知识储备，是自我提高的好机会，这一举措让科室获得学习型科室的荣誉。在面对高强度的工作和人员短缺的情况下，科室领导及同事都自觉加班，从不抱怨，大家团结一心保证医疗质量及安全。在科研上，我有幸加入伍院长的科研团队，在他严谨科学的领导下，及提供优质的科研平台和外出学习，我的科研有了显著的提高。除了工作和科研，科室领导还十分关心我们的业余生活，爬山、沙滩烧烤，樱桃草莓采摘都留下了许多欢声笑语和美好的回忆，提高凝聚力。

家是避风的港湾，不管是在工作和生活上遇到困难，科室总能在第一时间伸出援助之手，这种爱让我产生深深地依赖及归属感。在科室领导的科学有爱的管理下，大家彼此熟悉，工作上互相帮助扶持，和谐相处，使我们拧成一股绳，为科室更好的未来奋斗，为医院的建设添砖加瓦。我爱我的科室，愿2017年在科室领导的带领下，全科同仁齐心协力，共创辉煌。
